Digital Claims 

Here at SBS we are always looking for new ways to improve & streamline processes within our various departments.

We believe that staying ahead of the times and ensuring that our clients service experience is always a pleasant and stress free one is of the utmost importance. We are pleased to tell you that our claims process has gone fully digital, you will no longer need to go through the tedious and time-consuming process of printing documents, then completing them and scanning them, to only then be able to attach and send an email back to us.

This is how it will be done going forward:

In the event of a claim, we will send you your claim form digitally by way of a link that will be sent to you via email, you then simply open the document from the link either from your phone, tablet or computer and follow the user-friendly prompts step by step, you will have a number of signing options right at your fingertips such as:

-Finger Touch Screen Signing. (Phone, Tablet, iPad etc.)

-Mouse Cursor Signing

-Copy and Paste Signature Signing

-Type in Signing

 
Once you have completed and signed the necessary documentation by following the prompts, you will then click on the the sign document button at the bottom of the screen, the document will then come straight back to us and a copy of the document will be automatically be sent to you as well.
 
This is just another way that we are taking our service level delivery to the next stage for you as our valued clients.
